The Faculty of Organic Agricultural Sciences of the University of Kassel/Witzenhausen appoints a full professor (level W2) for
International Management in the Agri-Food Sector

Research and teaching should focus on eco-friendly management systems in the agri-food sector. The faculty expects the candidate to strengthen its international profile in the field of organic agriculture and food business. Typical areas in research and teaching should encompass strategic management, operations and project management, intercultural aspects of business relations as well as international food networks including governmental and nongovernmental organisations. Readiness and competence for interdisciplinary co-operation within our faculty are strong requirements.
Teaching will serve the BSc and MSc programmes "Ökologische Landwirtschaft" as well as the MSc programmes "Sustainable International Agriculture" and "International Food Business and Consumer Studies" at the university campus in Witzenhausen. Teaching in English as well as in German language is obligatory. Involvement in the university’s self-administration is part of the duties.
The successful applicant possesses post-doctoral qualifications as university lecturer or equivalent scientific achievements in teaching and research with emphasis on business economics, experience in teaching including proof of didactic competence.
